This is the 12th spring after I was hired by HRC. Now I am wondering why I have worked for HRC such a long time. There are a number of reasons, but I think the most important factor is the people who work here at HRC. I am blessed with such nice bosses and coworkers. Prior to joining the HRC team, I was in San Francisco and belonged to the Japanese community; therefore, I was not required to speak English much. After I moved to Las Vegas, I took an opportunity to work for HRC, which is a 100 percent English environment. When I was hired, I always wrote the sentences that I wanted to say in Japanese first, translated them into English, memorized the sentences, and then went to talk to the bosses or the coworkers. As such, I was a horrible communicator, but my bosses and coworkers were always warm and treated me with respect. It is not only the HRC team members, but also all of my clients. Without their support, how could be here today? I would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported me.
Now HRC is celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The history is a treasure that has been compiled by such nice and warm people who have involved and supported the both me and HRC.
