Christina joined HRC in 2021 and serves as a staff accountant. Her previous work as a student worker and graduate assistant at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has prepared her well for the start of her accounting career. As a resourceful employee, Christina believes that integrity should guide every action.
As a first-generation college student, Christina attributes her success to her family, who have always been there for her. She has found success at the academic level and was even named a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board Scholar in 2020. This prestigious award represents the future leaders of the accounting and auditing profession, and recipients must be nominated by their educational institution.
Christina’s favorite book is Everything is Figureoutable by Marie Forleo because it provided a framework for how she constructs her goals and guides her approach to tricky situations. In her free time, you can find her reading, working out, spending time outdoors, or with her cat, whom she adores!
