Will my insurance policy cover my business if….

  1. My employee, driving their own car, rear-ends another car while making a bank run, causing my company to be named in a law suit?
  2. I am sued because a group of customers/donors are claiming we did not keep their personal data safe causing them to be victims of identity theft?
  3. My company “DBA” is named in a lawsuit and not the legal entity name filed with the state?
  4. A volunteer steals from our non-profit?

Uninsured claims can cause Risk Managers to lose their jobs and businesses to go out of business. Come learn about common insurance gaps to avoid in the event the worst case scenario happens to your business or non-profit.

Testimonial:

“A special thanks to HRC for hosting their monthly Breakfast Briefings.  Each month HRC brings in an expert from the local business community to discuss timely business issues.  Whether it is a presentation on how to handle communications during a crisis to risk management to learning how to make social media work for your business, each presentation helps both the for and not-for-profit business function more efficiently and be more accountable to their stakeholders.  Breakfast Briefings are just one more way that HRC is the cure to the common CPA.”  – Jane Jensen Saint, Project REAL
