Entry Level Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or similar fields,
- Computer literacy specifically with Microsoft 365
- Ability and aptitude to learn various software platforms utilized by HRC
Mid Level Requirements
- All entry level requirements,
- 3+ years of experience,
- Active CPA license,
- Ability to translate technical accounting terms into easily understood terms
